    Roy is a Senior Chartered Legal Executive with over 35 years' experience in Employment Law and commercial litigation in both the public and private sectors, over 15 years of which were with top quality City firms. After leaving the City, Roy spent three years as Head of Employment at a firm in Bromley before joining forces with Saiichi in June 2010.

    Roy specialises in Employment Law and has particular expertise in providing HR support to employers in the construction, hotel and leisure industries, as well as Higher Education establishments. Roy has considerable experience in representing both employers and employees in Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal in race and sex discrimination claims, unfair dismissal, and breach of contract claims. He also has wide experience of obtaining and defending employment injunctions in the High Court.

    Roy is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
